After 14 years in the third sector (mostly in mental health), I’ve developed a finely tuned knack for staying calm in the middle of the chaos. Whether it’s de-escalating a crisis, supporting vulnerable people through tough times or facilitating discussions in a training room, I bring empathy, clarity, and a very practical sense of humour to the table. I’m a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and genuinely passionate about people, with my approach being human-first. Outside of work, I’m usually hiking up a hill or dancing to live music; basically, recharging in nature or through music. Open to exploring creative or purpose-led opportunities where I can make a real impact (preferably with good views and good playlists).
