As a Golf Shop Attendant Intern, I assist with the daily operations of the golf shop by providing excellent customer service to members and guests. My role involves booking and managing tee times using scheduling software, helping customers with purchases and product information, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space. I also work closely with other staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations across the course. This internship has allowed me to gain valuable experience in golf course management and retail operations while strengthening my skills in communication, organization, and customer service.
