About Katie Montoya

With over seventeen years of sales experience, twelve of those at Sherwin-Williams, I am a Regional Sales Manager for the Lowe\'s Business Unit, responsible for developing and coaching a sales rep force covering four states, building strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales and profit goals. I have a track record of delivering results.I am also a passionate and committed leader who drives diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives within the organization and the industry. I hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, and I am a leader within the Employee Resource Groups at Sherwin-Williams. I have facilitated and moderated panels, workshops, and events to educate and empower women and Latinos in leadership roles. I believe in authentic and vulnerable leadership, and I use my skills in training and development, motivation, change management, and coaching to support and mentor others.
