Some of the projects I\'ve been working on include- Lead LBG\'s Inclusive Design community. Creating a truly inclusive and collaborative community to support colleague knowledge sharing- Established and run LBG’s inclusive design clinic to provide internal inclusive design consulting to bespoke groupwide projects- Set up accessibility and inclusive design leader working group to help the group wide leaders strategically align, aid collaboration and discuss best practices. Aim is to reduce silos and increase groupwide transparency of workstreams- Gap analysis on experience design governance processes to put the customer first and promote FCA Consumer Duty principles- Inclusive design and delivery workstream development.
