My title is Employee Benefits Executive, but I work with HR professionals every day on a broad range of issues including compliance, recruitment/retention, budgeting/forecasting, and benefits trends. We take the time to get to know our clients to truly understand their needs. Once we have a clear picture, we bring in subject matter experts and provide data driven diagnoses and offer recommendations that range from conservative to progressive. Our clients appreciate our forward-thinking culture and innovative approach to the industry. In my first year and during a pandemic, I hit the company goal of selling in new business. I was the only new producer to do so, and among 5 of the total 34 producers to achieve this goal. I am on track to exceed that goal in 2021.
