   Developed a New Hire curriculum within ~3 months in the form of Articulate Rise courses for the Member Care business line using processes stored in the Knowledge Base system, and by collaborating with the LOB leadership, other Learning & Development colleagues, and my manager. Articulate Rise courses are supplemented with Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, and quizzes, with application exercises built into each course, such as scavenger hunts, role play scenarios, an escape room game and a bingo game. Created supplemental job aids for various tasks impacting New Hires. Assisted with onsite hiring events for the Member Care New Hire class. Co-facilitating as classroom support for the trainer during the Member Care New Hire class. Facilitation of an abridged version of a Member Care New Hire class. Created a Claims New Hire curriculum within ~2 months. Created many Articulate Rise courses using PowerPoint content created by a colleague in Learning & Development who worked with many SMEs around the organization. Implemented all SCORM content and quizzes into Paylocity.
