I am an experienced Accounts Receivable and Billing Manager with a history of working in the SaaS industry; skilled in Process Improvement and Impact Analysis, Strategic Operations, Order to Cash, Accounts Receivables, Queue Management and Sales. I hold a strong customer focus with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Nebraska.During my time at Linkedin, I managed a Billing Support team for over 7 years. I was hired to develop their Billing Support team. I grew the team from 2 Analysts to a team of 4 Managers, 3 Supervisors, 3 Team Leads and over 60 Analysts and Senior Analysts that managed North America billing for SaaS products. That role eventually transformed into owning global technology changes for our Billing team, working closely with Sales and all Order to Cash teams as well as owning process improvements and system enhancements. I successfully worked on many projects to automate our processes and enhance the customer experience.
