I am a passionate, proactive leader who has worked as a luxury retail manager in one of the largest districts in the country for most of my professional career. I\'ve been regionally recognize and awarded amongst my peers for my outstanding customer service and I sincerely love developing relationships - this is my greatest purpose. The hustle & bustle of Los Angeles life inspired me to start a new chapter regarding health, wellness and fitness. I am currently a 200 hour registered Yoga instructor with CEU’s in Yin Yoga and Y12SR, Yoga of 12 Step Recovery. I am also certified in Cycling and Barre and I teach all of these classes while helping manage the operations and marketing in the studio. I believe it is important to take care of yourself from the inside out which is why I’ve made it my personal goal to share my joy for life with others!
