Focusing on achieving high performance in patient experience throughout nearly 60 facilities of CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC) in an area surrounding the Longview/Marshall area and extending to the Texarkana ministry in the north as well as the CHRISTUS Physician Group (CPG) Facilities in Shreveport and Alexandria, LA. I am responsible for improving patient experience through presenting and coaching the use of evidence-based tools. Being able to analyze and process data scores and then create and align strategies to improve patient satisfaction. I use the SWOT process to continually ensure a high-quality facility and service environment, and will collaborate with operational leaders and hold them accountable for advancing patient experience throughout the ministry. I work closely with CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic leadership, physicians and nursing leadership to achieve excellence in patient experience as well as achieve fiscal year patient experience goals.
