Key tasks and focuses include- Conduct data cleaning, management, and analysis for 12 healthcare clients (pharma, medtech, and health services) using SQL, R, SPSS, and Excel, applying regression analysis and projection modeling to CMS claims, EHR data, and clinical outcomes data- Develop pivot-table reports, visualizations via Tableau, one-pagers, and PowerPoint presentations across Applied Policy’s verticals and teams to communicate analyses and support client initiatives- Attended 50+ federal, state, CMS, and payer-provider hearings and webinars to support analysis of healthcare policy impacts across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services, providing detailed summaries on coverage, regulatory issues, and payment- Conduct research and synthesize medical and scientific literature, medical coding, regulatory requirements, and current health policy, specifically Medicare and Medicaid, to support ad hoc client work- Take weekly notes and prepare agendas for 3 weekly client meetings, and provide data analysis and findings on an ad hoc basis to support client discussions.
