I\'m a curious and enthusiastic learning and development professional who loves solving ambiguous problems. My career has taken me through the worlds of tech recruiting, AI enablement, and e-learning design, always with the same mission: help people learn faster, adapt smarter, and feel more confident doing their work.From building out company-wide competency frameworks to implementing an internal AI tool (keeping it fed on data and teaching the team how to use it well and often), I work to make the complex feel approachable.
