When the relational well-being of a team is well-nourished, that team is unstoppable. They can see further ahead. They can read the underlying issues in a problem. They have more data to work with, and they operate more efficiently. You can have the best systems and processes in place, but the magic is in the people dynamics. I teach leaders how to nourish the relational well-being of their teams, creating environments where trust, honesty, and vulnerability are the the currency of cooperation. The techniques are simple, and their results are satisfying. The more a team practices these techniques with each other, the more a choesive group wisdom starts to reveal itself. I found my way into the people dynamics of innovation by way of innovation facilitation and capability building - powerful process work. Now, I focus on the quality of attention we bring to the work, and the vibrancy of intention. Intention and attention to how a team cooperates together improves engagement, retention, satisfaction, and the results they\'re working on together.
