I am honored to serve as the Founder and President of the Pre-Law Club at UMGC, a student-led organization committed to empowering aspiring legal professionals through mentorship, networking, and academic support.In creating this organization, I sought to establish a space where students can meaningfully engage with legal studies, gain practical insights into the profession, and build connections with peers, faculty, and industry mentors. As president, I guide the strategic direction of the club, coordinate programming, and lead initiatives designed to prepare our members for law school and future careers in the legal field.The Pre-Law Club is grounded in the belief that law is not merely a profession, but also a powerful platform for advocacy, justice, and leadership. Guided by our motto, Ad Astra per Legem — To the Stars Through Law — we strive to inspire students to reach higher, lead boldly, and carry the principles of justice into every arena of public life. Through events, workshops, and collaborative partnerships, we are cultivating the next generation of changemakers who will shape law, policy, and public service.
