I’m a driven honors student at the University of Kentucky, pursuing dual degrees in Finance and Management with a minor in International Business. As one of 24 students selected for the Global Scholars Pathway, I’ve combined academic excellence with global experience through a semester abroad in Paris and a deep involvement in leadership at Gatton College. On campus, I’ve served as President of both the Real Estate Club and the Honors Pathways Executive Board—leading student engagement initiatives, expanding industry partnerships with firms like CBRE and Greystar, and organizing professional development events with C-suite speakers. My leadership style focuses on structure, community-building, and elevating the student experience. Professionally, I’ve developed a well-rounded foundation across finance, operations, and strategy. At JPMorgan Chase, I worked on AI and regulatory change management projects, implementing dashboard automation that reduced manual work by 94%, and streamlining business review processes. At MiddleGround Capital, I partnered with portfolio companies to launch KPI dashboards and presented implementation plans to the executive team. Earlier, I gained exposure to M&A modeling and deal flow through VonLehman CPA’s Wildcat Advisory Group. After graduation, I’ll be joining JPMorgan Chase full-time through the Corporate Analyst Development Program. I’m excited to further explore project management, process improvement, and cross-functional strategy and communications across different parts of the bank. My goal is to grow into a versatile leader who can drive impactful change across diverse teams and environments.
