ABOUT KATIE GABE
I graduated in May 2024 from Miami University with a BS in Biology with a co-major in Sustainability and a Photography minor. I am taking time to refine and expand my research skills as a research technician at Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi’s Marine Genomics Lab before pursuing an MS in marine biology at the College of Charleston. I am especially drawn to research focused on the effects of microplastics, sea level rise, oil spills, and other anthropogenic impacts on marine megafauna.
