   Led the transformation of the Culture & Engagement function from a U.S-based initiative to a global program. Developed a comprehensive playbook enabling local sites to select initiatives tailored to cost, impact, complexity, stakeholders, and available resources- Integrated the local Workplace Operations team into the Culture & Engagement organization (2 Managers, 6 Engagement Specialists, 6 Office Coordinators) and delivering a unified employee experience for both Hourly and Salaried staff across all Distribution Centers- Managed a $3M+ annual budget for travel & entertainment, office supplies, and food & beverage; introduced process improvements that reduced discretionary spending by 12% while enhancing service quality and experience- Developed and operationalized site-level response processes—often referred to as “jump teams”—to support locations facing complex workplace challenges. Designed playbooks, training, and escalation protocols that enabled field leaders to respond swiftly and thoughtfully to employee concerns.
