Previously, I lead all retention efforts and multiple owned marketing channels at Mizzen+Main, a premium menswear brand that puts an engineered spin on classic silhouettes for the modern man. Since joining the brand in late 2022, I was deeply involved in driving growth, crafting loyalty and referral programs, and creating impactful campaigns that connect with customers on a meaningful level at the specific point of the lifecycle journey they’re on.Prior to, I played a pivotal role at Pathway Homes in the Marketing Department, launching the brand to life while growing the start-up brand\'s national awareness and building out the team as the company grew to a $1.25B valuation within a year of launch.With a foundation in marketing, customer retention, and product lifecycle, my strengths lie in understanding diverse audiences and curating strategies that align value props with customer needs.
