With over 16 years of diverse Human Resources experience and a strong background in recruiting, I have had the privilege of partnering with many of the nation’s top companies across various industries. My most recent tenure in the security industry has sharpened my capabilities in employee relations, internal investigations, process improvement, talent management, retention strategies, and talent assessment. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and later completed my MBA at the University of Phoenix.
