Working closely with our brokerage’s leadership I strategized to identify true business value and user pain points which have centered our desired outcomes. I have built roadmaps for multiple products within our internal TMS based on viability, desirability, and feasibility while overseeing the execution of deliverables, feature development, and tech stack migrations.
