As Talent Attraction and Resourcing Business Partner at Archway, I lead strategic HR initiatives that aim to drive operational excellence. Joining at a time of high employee turnover within the people team, I have recruited two of my three team in the first 12 months, overseeing HR operations and onboarding, ensuring smooth and consistent processes for all new starters and internal contract changes. Key achievements include:Centralisation of recruitment and onboarding following an organisational restructure. Leading the reimplementation of CIPHR HR and working alongside a HRIS Consultant to cleanse data and streamline processes.Currently overseeing the build phase of a newly procured ATS (Recruit - HireRoad).Leading on Safer Recruitment for the Trust, partnering with Trust Safeguarding Lead to improve processes.Manage external agency relationships, negotiating on terms of business and ensuring compliance meets Archway Learning Trusts safer recruitment best practice.Driving service improvement by reducing HR inbox response from 2 weeks on week 1 to 24 hours.Partnering closely with all Principals and Heads of Service to deliver tailored People operations and Talent Attraction support. Partnering with finance, marketing, IT, estates and data insights.Supported Chief People Officer on recruitment of new Chief Executive Officer, negotiating on targeted advertising, promotion on Linked In and Schools Week half page, organisation of Trust visit and promotion tour, assessment centre.Organisation of Trust New Starter Induction Day alongside Executive Headteacher. Project Management of Annual Staff Awards, raising £12,500 sponsorship and full organisation of event coordinating a working committee of volunteers. Part of a core project team to conduct full payroll data cleanse and audit of all employees within our Single Central Register. Designed new Recruitment Marketing brochures.
