   Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu through the admission process and orientation of new residents, maintaining appropriate boundaries, identifying environmental risks, completing resident safety checks as ordered, and by structuring and supervising daily activities and overseeing all crisis management of residents.* Encourage resident\'s full participation in program of care and help identify treatment-interfering behaviors. Identifies significant behavioral changes in residents and assesses as needed for suicide and fall risk, per policy, and inform necessary team members. Ensure care provided is appropriate to the ages of the residents served.* Appropriately monitor self-administration of medication by residents and complete all required records in an accurate and timely fashion. Ensure resident medications are ordered.
