I\'m a strategic advisor and operator who helps leaders turn early-stage ideas into clear direction, aligned action, and durable progress. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and helping teams move forward with confidence, even when the path isn\'t fully defined. My background spans education philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and program development. Across roles, I\'ve supported leaders, partners, and creators in shaping initiatives that are both mission-driven and operationally sound, and I\'m trusted for sound judgment, thoughtful problem-solving, and an ability to translate complex goals into practical next steps people can actually execute. I\'m especially drawn to work that expands opportunity and challenges one-size-fits-all systems, particularly in education. I believe environments that honor individual strengths - whether for students, teams, or communities - create the conditions for people to lead with clarity and purpose. Outside of my professional work, I created and produced In Pursuit Of, a podcast exploring how women reconnect with their childhood selves to live more intentional lives. When I\'m not working, you\'ll likely find me at a live show, outdoors, baking, or spending time with family and friends in the Tampa Bay Area.

   In this role, I serve as the strategic and operational anchor to the VP of External Engagement, helping shape early-stage ideas into structured, cross-functional work that advances Stand Together\'s education priorities. I partner closely with senior leadership to clarify direction, apply judgment, and translate evolving priorities into coordinated workstreams - defining objectives, sequencing work, and aligning internal teams and external partners. I bring structure to ambiguity by building the systems and processes that support consistent execution, including planning frameworks, tracking tools, and quarterly resets that keep complex work moving forward. My work spans strategy development, partner and donor engagement, and education-focused events and visits, with a focus on improving coordination, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring follow-through on high-impact initiatives.
