My role is to provide support to Pukka Insure and our panel of Brokers to oversee & maintain the back-office system functions and Broker agency set-up.Key duties and Responsibilities: Manage the set-up of new Brokers and agency activations in conjunction with Compliance and Software Houses, who include Transactor, Open GI Core, CDL, and SSP. Project Management -*Including software house integration, testing system configuration and EDI mapping/connectivity Work in conjunction with Operations and IT functions to produce and execute test plans to ensure minimal risk of service interruption caused by application changes. This includes user acceptance testing, performance and load testing. Work in conjunction with Operations and IT functions to design and document current system processes and routines, maintaining through the Change Control process. Produce a framework to manage, control and track incoming and outgoing policy and claims data. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all the required client policy data is transmitted successfully via EDI, from the Brokers platform into our back-office system; CDL Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all the required client policy data is uploaded to the Motor Insurer Database within the required timeframes stipulated by the MIB Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all the required client claims data is uploaded to the CUE database Work in conjunction with IT analysts to produce exception reporting, following the required escalation process where appropriate Root cause analysis and problem solving Continuous Improvement – Identify and propose system and process enhancements and manage through to implementation Support the Training Department with system application training Produce and maintain user guides and process maps for all key applications and process checks Produce monthly and quarterly Board Reports General Policy administration and data cleansing
