I have experience guiding projects & organizations to discover their potential through agile transformations & coaching. I work alongside teams to help them realize the benefits of applying agile methodology to their daily & long-term goals, expediting value realization & reducing time-to-market. This work includes a combination of strategy engagements and implementations. Projects typically begin with a strategy phase - focused on organization of a workflow or vendor selection. Many of these projects lead to an implementation leveraging the strategy engagement deliverables.Within enterprise application implementations, I have played a variety of roles including - Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Test Lead. I have supported just about the entire Software Development Lifecycle, from developing multi-year product roadmaps, to writing business requirements documents, to test execution & reporting. Most recently, I played the role of Test Lead, which included anything from supporting test case design by an offshore team, to tracking environment stability, to development of a 3-year test strategy in preparation for multiple end-to-end releases.
