Passionate about effecting positive change in the business of women\'s sports.Empowering female athletes at every level.I am an enthusiastic young professional with experience in professional sports, youth coaching, and community engagement. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Sport and Entertainment Management at Seattle University. I am driven by my passion for sharing my love of sport with others and a mission to elevate the visibility and opportunities for girls and women in sports.In my current role as Senior Coordinator of Partnership and Community Services with the Seattle Storm, I spearhead major community engagement initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify the team\'s mission-driven efforts. Additionally, my experience as a Unified Basketball Coach with Special Olympics Washington underscores my commitment to inclusivity and empowerment through sports.With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching from the University of New England, I have immersed myself in the dynamics of sports science and culture. My experiences as a collegiate rugby athlete, a semester abroad in Tangier, Morocco, and coaching young girls reinforced my commitment to fostering inclusivity and gender equality in sports.During my time with OL Reign as an Operations Coordinator, I gained firsthand insight into the inner workings of professional women\'s soccer. Collaborating closely with players, coaches, and staff, I contributed to the seamless execution of training sessions, game operations, and player engagements, further fueling my passion for making a meaningful impact within women\'s sports organizations. As I continue to pursue my academic and professional journey, I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations who share my passion for advancing opportunities for female athletes and making positive change within women\'s sports.
