I am more than a corporate communicator.I possess strong written & verbal skills, but also strong project management, community building, team leadership, training and event planning skills. I have a varied background from sales to customer service, training, people management, and retail operations. In the past 6 years, I’ve recruited and developed an incredible team of communication, graphic design & linguist experts. Together, we have established a program from the ground up that inspires collective action around common purpose to successfully deliver results. Currently, I oversee- All content creation & publication across multiple channels, subject matters, countries & languages- Project teams to develop and roll out comprehensive business initiatives- Maintenance of Policies and Procedures to support daily operations- The unified customer experience between the field and customer service- The learning agenda – delivering meetings & events to engage leaders at all levels.
