Met SLA’s upon implementation, successfully scaled in a way that had not been done in the industry previously.* Establishing the Nelnet Endowment Fund at a local Community College and growing it to the point of funding over 25 scholarships in six years.* Growing the leadership team through creating and delivering on-going Leadership Development education and training programs.
