I leverage cutting-edge tools such as iCIMS, KornFerry, Textio, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, Workday, and PowerBI to enhance the ability to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.Furthermore, I facilitate leadership training for structed interviewing, participate in GenAI course training and engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to better optimize our recruitment strategies.
