Hello! I am a client relations and B2B customer success manager working with nonprofit groups, museums, alumni groups and high-end luxury private clients for a group travel tour operator. My people skills and communications savvy have found a niche in a variety of industries, including: travel higher education event planning the nonprofit sector the artsMy clients would say I’m proactive and skilled at anticipating their needs. Highly responsible and quick to reply, I’m a big fan of a “read receipt,” so it’s clear client questions isn’t lost in the shuffle. Even if it’s going to take time to get answers, I’ll write to say, “I got you. I’m on it.” My colleagues would say I’m amazing at keeping a lot of plates spinning at once, and a generous collaborator, willing to jump in and read over absolutely anything with my background in writing and editing.I am passionate about community building in both my professional and personal life. During the pandemic, I developed, promoted and led Zoom-based lecture series with travel experts and art educators, to drive continued engagement with during lockdown, maintaining brand affiliation with travelers for fast recovery in the affinity travel market. As a side project focused on my love of writing, I co-founded and hosted a virtual reading series for fiction and poetry.In my free time, I’m also reading up on dog training for my chihuahua mix, Cinnamon. Everything comes full circle because the science of positive reinforcement influences my professional life too!
