My core focus at work and my core value in life guide the way: the WE. As a COO, I’m a people and ideas advocate and champion. I show up every day with the mission to bring more light, more joy, and more productivity into the workplace. I inspire others with contagious energy and positivity. I build strong, trusting collaborations with clients and internal colleagues at all levels. Because we are all leaders, regardless of our role. I’m currently leading a 25+ cross-capability team, designing new processes and mentoring my direct team to lead with empathy and transparency. I’ve been told I’m refreshingly approachable and open-minded. As an executive leader, I’m appreciated for my creative problem-solving and supportive style. My team is grateful for empowering them to use their voice and work smarter, not harder. I will always go the extra mile to set others up for success because coaching and mentoring others are the most rewarding part of my day. I will always advocate for big ideas and simple solutions. If we’re not failing, we’re not learning. I also believe that differences should be valued, appreciated, and included. My team and I welcome creative friction with open arms because we know what’s waiting on the other side - deeper insights and impact. When I’m not crystallizing a problem, cheering for a team member, or getting sh*t done, I’m likely planning my next adventure.
