About Katie Vason

Hi, I\'m Katie! As a climate coach, my mission is to help climate leaders and individuals connect to their power and rekindle their passion to inspire meaningful change—so that we can all create a more inhabitable and life-giving future. I am passionate about people, movement, and the environment in which we live. While the Climate Crisis can be overwhelming, it is also an opportunity to create a different reality and a better future. With a background in coaching, climate leadership, somatic movement, and activism, my climate journey has been anything but straightforward. I support people in thinking outside the box and accessing their inner wisdom in bringing their visions to life. ​My clients are committed to building a more sustainable and just future, in the face of uncertainty and a rapidly changing landscape. They are organizers, career changers, team leaders, freelancers, and creatives who want to see their vision come to life from a place of joy and satisfaction. I am especially interested in the intersection of the arts, climate communication, and climate justice. I currently am working on developing a curriculum for different climate change coaching programs to support people in connecting with their role and purpose in climate work.I am very interested in collaborating with other coaches, artists and change-makers in further developing these programs in the future. I am a recent Terra.do alumn, a 12-week Learning for Action course and deep dive into the climate solutions landscape.
