With a human-centered approach, Katie works with leaders of all levels to empower growth, build inner-personal savvy and support personal well-being. Katie is a Co-Active Certified Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation and host of Choosing Courage, a podcast that explores how courage shows up in our work, lives and communities. Katie serves on the executive committee for an established non-profit to support youth and emerging leaders.

Special interest in supporting startups to develop culture, talent, communication strategies and assisting with goal setting and execution, guiding organizations from where they are to where they want to be.
