ABOUT KATIE TEDHAM
With a portfolio spanning high-profile workplace and luxury retail environments, I’ve built a reputation as a versatile designer who thrives on challenge and innovation. My work ranges from designing a Tech Incubator to leading the transformation of a SF activity-based workplace, to spearheading the renovation of Canada’s most iconic luxury retailer’s flagship store. Each project reflects my deep belief that the experience of space is the most meaningful measure of design success. As the Practice Leader for our Calgary team, I lead with a collaborative, people-first approach—mentoring designers and guiding projects from concept to completion. I’m passionate about creating spaces that not only function beautifully but leave a lasting impression. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, I studied Canadian Art History at Mount Royal University before earning my BA in Interior Design from the Academy of Design in Toronto. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the great outdoors with my loved ones— recharging and reconnecting.
