I am a senior statistician with leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry and academia for over 14 years. My skills and achievements include: • Conducting statistical analysis for all phases of drug development (Phase 0-IV) in various therapeutic areas (Pediatrics, Cardiovascular, Rare and Ultra Rare diseases, PTSD, Neurological condition, Respiratory and immunology). • Developing and quality checking protocols, statistical analysis plans, randomisation plan, shells, TFLs, clinical study reports and manuscripts for clinical trials.• Specializing in the statistical aspects of real world evidence (RWE) and quasi-experimental studies.• Working for both pharmaceutical companies and vendors (service company and consultancy).• Line managing and mentoring statisticians and leading multiple projects.• Publishing multiple peer-reviewed articles.• Applying advanced statistical methods such as survival analysis (incl. single and multilevel complex data), quantitative risk assessment (sample size, futility analysis & assurance, Probability of Technical and Regulatory Success (PTRS), meta-analysis and causal inference.• Presenting at multiple international conferences, global investigator meetings and advisory and/or governing boards.• Programming and simulation studies in various statistical software such as STATA, SAS, R and MATLAB.• Working and teaching statistics in both frequentist and Bayesian frameworks.• Working with Estimand framework and CDISC standards.• Manipulating complex, various type of data (incl. continuous, categorical, time-to-event, recurrent, ITT), with different size (very small to very large (over 2500 variables).• Improving efficiency via automating statistical analysis and reporting via programming, creating standards (incl. sample size calculation/reporting template)• Ensuring that work agreed is in line with project scope according to client costings and proposals• Liaising with client and managing their expectation• Supporting and developing more junior colleagues during oversight of projects and/or delivery of training• Ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of deliverables
