Leading the University of Exeter Business School\'s accredited short-term internships module for 170 students, embedding professional development and employability within the curriculum. Successfully increased number of internships secured by 42%(from 77 to 107) in my first year of leading the module. Within this role, I utilise both asynchronous learning and tailored workshops and lectures to upskill students in all areas of the recruitment process, including- Creating high-impact, tailored written applications- Strategies to succeed in assessment centres and interviews- Dedicated support around disclosing disability and reasonable adjustments.Also support the Business School\'s With Industrial Experience programme, utilising asynchronous learning and in-person sessions to boost the employability and success of students across the 1st and 2nd year.
