Support implementation of a well-balanced medical affairs function, with the near-term focus of supporting the development of Telio\'s lead product.• Provide strategic and operational input to clinical development, investigator-initiated studies, publication planning, steering committee meetings, KOL/advisory boards and continuing medical education in order to build product awareness and gain strategic insights for development strategy.• Establish relationships with hematology thought leaders, key medical associations and patient advocacy groups to help raise awareness of Kartos’ clinical program and drive study enrollment.• Develop a comprehensive scientific communication and education plan describing key attributes for a first-in-class MDM2i therapy for patients with heme malignancies.• Development of a long-term global strategic plan for the medical affairs function to support the development of Kartos\' products and execute on other corporate objectives.• Collaborate closely with Clinical Science and Clinical Operations to help accelerate trial recruitment and identify and address any enrollment challenges.• Develop state-of-the-art intelligence and insights into relevant therapeutic areas.• Develop and implement medical education and medical liaising strategies, with an emphasis on meeting the market requirements and unmet medical needs in target patient populations.• Remain current regarding new developments in clinical paradigms, treatment guidelines, peer-reviewed publications and trends in therapeutic areas of focus for Kartos and serve as a key internal medical resource for this information.• Actively contributed to the development of therapeutic area strategic documents, annual tactical plans, and clinical research support plan and implementation.
