ABOUT KATIE SCOTT
I am proud to be the Managing Director of this award winning, employee owned training consultancy based out of Bristol. I have a background in large multi-national organisations. Twenty years ago I took a leap of faith from a career in FMCG brand marketing to pursue an interest in behavioural development. I’ve never looked back! I draw on my broad commercial experience, knowledge of people development and fascination with organisations to help Interaction L&D design, deliver and manage diverse training projects for large public and private sector clients. As the Managing Director I look after our internal team, overseeing finance, operations and business development activities as well as providing strategic direction to ensure the ongoing success of the business. In a nutshell, Interaction specialises in behavioural development programmes – using a variety of virtual platforms as well as face-to-face. Our focus is on enhancing leader, graduate and employee capability. With a pragmatic and business focused approach we use a range of experiential methods to help bring about positive behavioural change.
