About Katie Ryan

I am a leader, facilitator and innovator fueled by a mission to contribute to a more just world. I\'m dedicated to cultivating joyful, engaging and empowering spaces where people can be their authentic selves and build community. My passion for (re)centering human connection in service of a more compassionate and equitable society is what brought me to my role as the Executive Director of Marshall Leadership Institute. I have the privilege of support emerging, existing and senior-level leaders create the school communities our young people deserve. Previously, I served as the Chief of Staff at a national, nonprofit and social impact organization and I am also the Founder of Achieve In Ed, LLC- a consulting group that supports schools, districts and organizations improve outcomes and environments for undeserved students. For 20+ years, I have lead within the education, social-impact and nonprofit sectors supporting leaders and serving marginalized communities- I hope I am able to continue my journey for at least 20 more.

   As the Executive Director of the Marshall Leadership Institute, I support transformational, diverse leaders drive change within their school communities. The Marshall Leadership Institute serves over 200 leaders nationwide, partnering with more than 35 schools across five states.
