ABOUT KATIE RUDNICK

With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have witnessed the market evolve through multiple cycles and transformations. Throughout these changes, I have remained committed to advocating for my clients and colleagues, demonstrating that the mortgage process can be clear, efficient, and supportive rather than complicated or overwhelming.I joined PNC Bank to help create a Relocation & Affinity Lending platform intentionally built around the real‑world needs of corporate clients and their transferring employees. This platform reflects insights gained from hundreds of client partnerships and thousands of transferees. In my role as Director of National Accounts, I understand the daily challenges my clients navigate—ranging from high‑cost housing markets to inbound foreign nationals seeking homeownership to first‑time buyers facing down‑payment barriers. My focus is on ensuring that both organizations and transferees receive the strategic guidance and solutions they need to succeed.I am deeply passionate about the relocation industry and committed to giving back. In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in multiple regional relocation organizations, currently serving as Vice President of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and Treasurer of the Arizona Relocation Alliance.
