About Katie Rose

Having worked for companies at the top of their industries, Katie brings a breadth of knowledge that helps attract, develop and retain the organization’s most valuable asset: its people. She is currently a Senior Vice President of People at Burson where she manages all of the Human Resources functions within the organization (benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, payroll, performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and training and professional development). As a strategic business partner, she translates company objectives into actionable HR initiatives that increase employee engagement, motivation, and productivity. She is also a leader who effectively communicates with all levels of the organization, builds positive working relationships, and influences change that supports the organization’s vision and values.Prior to joining Burson, Katie worked at BSG where she was the Head of Human Resources.
