Over the past ten years I’ve been privileged to have been a Senior Leader at AbbVie, when they began the journey as a newly public company spun out from Abbott. During my tenure leading our Global Commercial Development organization, I was one of the key architects responsible for the strategic direction and expansion of the Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience therapeutic areas, ultimately leading to the critical acquisitions of Pharmacyclics Risankizumab and Allergan. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to attract, retain, and develop strong talent pipelines. I am passionate about mentorship and talent development and the importance that inclusive and diverse perspectives play in overall business success.
