At Teach for America Milwaukee, I lead strategic fundraising efforts to ensure every child has access to an equitable and excellent education- regardless of their zip code. As the Director of Development, I collectively manage a $1.3M portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation funders, helping fuel our mission to find, develop, and support extraordinary leaders who are transforming education and expanding opportunities for all children. Workly closely with the Executive Director, regional board of directors and the National TFA Development team, I help shape and execute multi-year strategies to deepen donor engagement, cultivate new partnerships and maximinze philanthropic impact. I am proud to be part of an organization that believes in the potential of every child and works tirelessly to unlock it - one partnership, one classroom, and one community at a time.
