I returned to McL & H after my time in New Zealand and contributed to the successful delivery of the Lowestoft Harbour Upgrade project. This involved constructing 345 meters of quayside, including three deep-water berths equipped with heavy lifting capabilities. I joined the team midway through the construction phase, taking responsibility for the remaining procurement, subcontractor management, and final account negotiations. I managed monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting to support effective commercial management.
