ABOUT KATIE KATIE WARGO PRENTISS
Focused on building and enabling teams to deliver at scale on the ServiceNow platform globally. Currently the ServiceNow Business Group Global Integrated Capability lead - driving the evolution of the business group to AI-powered delivery capabilities. Over the past 10 years, I\'ve played the role of a Delivery Lead and Recovery Lead on multiple engagements and supported governance and oversight for ServiceNow implementations within Accenture. In 2023, I led the team and defined the Accenture ServiceNow delivery methods and led a global rollout. I come with a people-first approach - building high performing teams and focusing and enabling individual growth - in everything that I do. Based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee (about 2 hours north of Atlanta, Georgia), I spend my free time with my husband and 2 boys exploring new restaurants and enjoying pop-up food trucks and breweries. I can also be found listening to live music, cooking an elaborate meal, and researching the next country to travel to - Costa Rica, Italy, anywhere in South America are currently the top of the list!
