Hi I’m Katie, unfortunately I never became England’s number one goalkeeper, but I did let my passion for making the workplace one in which people love and can thrive into a career!I work for Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) within People & Places as a Colleague Proposition Manager. I lead on delivering innovative future colleague propositions to help our colleagues move faster forwards. Prior to working at LBG I worked for Barclays for 10 years starting on the Barclays Higher Apprenticeship Programme in Leadership and Management. I worked in the branch network whilst studying for a degree in Business Leadership & Management. I explored further roles moving to London and joining the Graduate Programme, but it rapidly became clear that my passion for people, culture and wanting to make a difference became my career focus.
