I was later temporarily added to support the North Region, extending as far as Anchorage, Alaska, where I partnered with another recruiter as part of the search for the management team for Boot Barn’s first Alaska location.My responsibilities have included overseeing and supporting up to 100 stores across 14+ states — including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.I have since transitioned to leading recruitment efforts for both the East and South Regions, covering states from South Carolina up through Maine, as well as the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.In addition to store-level recruiting, I’ve partnered closely with leadership to support and source District Manager-level talent across the Central and South Regions, including markets in Kansas City, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and West Texas.
