Oversee the UK & Netherlands market, developing business partnerships with some of the top organizations in in the Cleantech space. • Responsible for negotiating mutually-beneficial frameworks between Oxygen Digital and prospective customers, liaising with stakeholders from Senior to C-Suite. • Managed the entire hiring lifecycle – from speaking to prospective candidates and managing their expectations, to arranging interviews and closing candidate’s on the best possible contracts. • Successfully relocated multiple candidates from multiple countries. • Being consultative to customers, offering them advice on how they can best optimize their hiring strategies, in return giving them a greater chance of hiring the best talent available. • Offering free advice on the market, including salary benchmarks, talent mapping, analytics on the demand & supply of specific skillsets and identifying hiring opportunities. • Conducted research on emerging markets, establishing new verticals within the Cleantech domain and understanding the revenue potential for the Cleantech division, and wider-business.

I do this by forming a pool of domain-specific candidates who not only bring technical expertise but also a wealth of culture & personality.
