Working in the Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR (EU) 2017/745) sector, preparing and writing the various documents required for devices to conform to the regulations for both MDR and FDA (PMCF, CEP, CER, SSCP, PSUR). A confident communicator with a passion to disseminate scientific research to the wider community.I have an extensive and diverse scientific background which has covered biomaterials, medical devices, ophthalmology and cancer biology. I am competent in a wide range of biomolecular, cell biology and in-vivo laboratory techniques. Previously planned and managed a successful collaborative research project between academia and industry from initial in-vitro testing through to pre-clinical trials as well as managing large EU FP7 funded consortium projects. Published in peer-reviewed literature.
