What drives me is the motivation and need to help others and give those around me the best opportunity to succeed. I’ve applied this to all my jobs over the years and reinforced my belief that collaboration and happy staff succeed to the highest level. This has spanned across my various roles within customer service, facilities, marketing, event management and professional sport. Graduating from Brunel University with a first class honours in Sport, health and exercise science, I’ve gained an understanding and appreciation in how wellbeing is vital within life and the workplace. Having been involved in sports my whole life, I am able to transfer the skills I have learnt through participating and coaching in a variety of sports into my professional life, helping me effectively communicate in various situations.
