Excited to share that I’ve started a new position as a Pre-Doctoral Intern at Connections Academy East (CAE) — a therapeutic day school dedicated to supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.CAE serves students whose educational experiences have been impacted by complex needs, including those navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder. With a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, sensory integration, academic development, and social-emotional learning, CAE provides a holistic and individualized approach to education.What drew me to CAE is its unwavering belief that all children can learn — and its commitment to meeting each student where they are, while fostering growth and empowerment through clinical and educational collaboration.I’m honored to be part of a multidisciplinary team that centers compassion, connection, and care in the learning process. Looking forward to growing as a clinician and continuing to learn from the incredible students and staff here.
